Delivery and Shipping Information

FREE DELIVERY ON ALL UK MAINLAND ORDERS

*Free delivery is to a single mainland UK address. If you require your order splitting into multiple deliveries, a fee for this will be discussed and agreed prior to your order being accepted.

 

When will I receive my item?

Most products are printed and sent out within 3-4 working days, however, the product page will display our current turnaround time for the specific product you are ordering. Unfortunately, we do not offer guaranteed delivery service.

What if something goes wrong?

Chorley Print does everything possible to reduce the arrival of damaged goods, but damages do occur sometimes. In the first instance you must contact us by email at hello@chorleyprint.co.uk detailing the damage. Please take a digital picture of the damage for our insurance and for any claims against the courier. Please do not dispose the product/s as we may require its return (if return is required we will arrange return shipping.). Once we have been notified (and have received the images of the damage) we will replace the damaged goods as soon as possible.

Is my printing delivery guaranteed?

While we do everything we can to print and dispatch your order on time, once it leaves our premises, we cannot control the delivery process. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds for late deliveries, so please consider this when placing an order with a tight deadline.

Delivery Areas

Mainland UK

Your delivery will be sent via DPD, Parcelforce, DHL Parcel(UK) or Royal Mail, depending on size and weight of the item. The delivery service we use is at our discretion and your order will show the service used once dispatched.
Your order will be updated with a tracking number and you will receive an email or SMS message (if mobile number supplied) of the ETA of your items to make sure you are home when it arrives.

Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Some areas in Scotland may take up to 3 days for delivery.  

The following postcodes will incur an additional charge as they are not within the standard delivery zone. IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE. Please contact us if you wish delivery to this area.

PLEASE NOTE:


Scottish Highlands and Islands are excluded from our Next Day Delivery services as most couriers only offer a 48 hour service.

Northern Ireland and The Channel Islands.

Delivery to Northern Ireland and The Channel Islands may incur an additional charge dependent on weight and size of the products ordered, please contact us for more information if you wish delivery to this area.

Your delivery will be sent via DHL, or Royal Mail, depending on size and weight of the item. The delivery service chosen is at our discretion but will be the quickest option available to us. The service used will be shown on your order once it has been dispatched.

PLEASE NOTE:  

Chorley Print cannot be held responsible for a failed delivery if the recipient is not at their home or work place to receive the item.
If a delivery is attempted and failed you will need to contact the delivery company to rearrange delivery of the item or collection at a convenient time from the pick-up location.
